At Revere By King Ltd, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our garments. If youโ€™re not completely satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is not a custom-made, final sale, or made-to-order item (these are non-refundable unless faulty)
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return:

  • Email returns@reverebyking.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Securely package the item and include the RA number in the parcel.
  • Ship to our London return centre within 5 business days of receiving your RA number.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
  • Revere By King Ltd is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • If unavailable, customers will receive a refund or store credit.
  • Clearly specify exchange requests when contacting us.

International Returns

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • International customers follow the same process.
  • Customs duties and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Mark parcels as “Return” to avoid customs delays.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards.
  • Made-to-measure or personalised products.
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked)
