Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is not a custom-made, final sale, or made-to-order item (these are non-refundable unless faulty)
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- Email returns@reverebyking.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Securely package the item and include the RA number in the parcel.
- Ship to our London return centre within 5 business days of receiving your RA number.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Revere By King Ltd is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on product availability.
- If unavailable, customers will receive a refund or store credit.
- Clearly specify exchange requests when contacting us.
International Returns
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- International customers follow the same process.
- Customs duties and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Mark parcels as “Return” to avoid customs delays.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and e-gift cards.
- Made-to-measure or personalised products.
- Final Sale items (clearly marked)
